Steeplechase is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Edmond, OK. It is located on the East side of Edmond just over a mile from I-35 with rolling terrain and lots of trees and greenery. The neighborhood features fishing ponds, fountains, walking trails, park and playground, swimming pool and volleyball court. Home sales in steeplechase have been steady for quite some time.
